This is an invitation to all students.

You are welcome to share various  thoughts, experiences and ideas you have regarding children's rights. In The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, article 12 says that all children have a right to express opinions in all matters that affect them, and adults are obligated to listen.

Please send us your opinions and ideas - we are here to listen to you.

    Author

Lesley graduated with an Education undergraduate degree from the University of Victoria and thereafter stayed home to raise her four children. Simultaneously, she enjoyed creating art in her home studio and garden. Recently, Lesley trained in Montessori Methods for the Elementary Classroom and enjoys the position of teacher-on-call at Maria Montessori Academy in Victoria, Canada. She has recently returned to the world of academia to pursue a graduate Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Victoria. A passion for children's rights, justice, and global peace inspired the creation of Children's Rights Education.
